This role ensures cost optimization, supplier financial performance, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards while driving data-driven insights through advanced reporting and analytics.Main responsibilitiesLead global sourcing projects for contact lenses from initiation to completion.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Strategy, DTC, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance).Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sourcing KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, compliance).Perform spend analysis, market trend analysis, and risk assessments.Utilize advanced tools (Power BI, SAP, Excel) for data visualization and predictive analytics.Price maintenancePrice maintenance working with Sourcing ControllingMaintain strong partnerships with key suppliersMaintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.Main requirementsStrategic thinking and problem-solving.Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.Results-oriented with attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI toolsExperience in medical devices or contact lenses industry preferredOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
