Escalation Management team, with a primary focus on resolving supplier criticalities and preventing production disruptions. The intern will collaborate with various departments and suppliers, developing the ability to independently manage critical issues with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to gain a clear understanding of processes within a structured global organization, with a focus on escalation management and supply chain criticalities. The intern will also develop strong communication and analytical skills by preparing clear and concise materials for Top Management, creating business summaries that highlight key elements, and communicating effectively across global organizations.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve critical issues, prevent production disruptions, and secure the operational production plan.
Coordinate and support meetings with internal teams and suppliers to address criticalities and root causes, involving the relevant functions such as Sourcing Areas, SQE, Capacity Management, S&OP, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute meeting summaries to suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Support cross-functional communication on topics under Supplier Escalation Management (SEM) responsibility.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders and escalate potential production risks to management when necessary.
Develop business summaries and presentation material for Top Management.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Scientific field , preferred in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business.
Good/Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; experience with advanced BI systems is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Fluency in English; French is a plus
