As one of the European leaders in Risk and Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Credit Digitalization and Transformation team. MAIN TASKS: The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating with international banking groups, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. His / her main responsibility will include: Conducting analysis of credit processes and gathering business requirements from banking clients Providing functional configuration and implementation support for our credit platform Preparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases and test scenarios Validating platform functionalities and assisting with go-live activities Delivering end-user training and providing post-implementation support Collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure alignment with business objectives. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in economic, informatic, engineering disciplines with excellent grades Strong interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation in the financial sector Fluency in English (at least B2); the knowledge of other languages is appreciated Thorough knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Data management and query tools knowledge is nice-to-have (e.g. SQL) Previous experience in banking processes and organization is considered a plus.
