We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (Emilia Romagna) . Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and installing products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnosing system failures and determining cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary, and developing customer service agreements. The role involves responding to support calls within an assigned territory and demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and empathy with customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers. Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels. Respond to support calls within an assigned territory. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical Secondary School Diploma in biotech, electronics, or related fields; proficiency in English is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service. Willingness to travel; a driving license is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
