Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and installing products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnosing system failures and determining cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary, and developing customer service agreements. The role involves responding to support calls within an assigned territory and demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and empathy with customers and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers.Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels.Respond to support calls within an assigned territory.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical Secondary School Diploma in biotech, electronics, or related fields; proficiency in English is mandatory.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service.Willingness to travel; a driving license is mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.You will be part of a dynamic team focused on results and continuous improvement, where teamwork and fun are valued.
