NPI Manufacturing engineer M/FLa persona selezionata entrerà a far parte del team del Manufacturing Engineering che si occupa di seguire l'introduzione di nuovi prodotti. L'attività del gruppo NPI (New Product Introduction) parte dalla fase di progettazione, in cui l'interazione con il Design Engineering è indispensabile per suggerire al progettista le soluzioni e le tecnologie più idonee al raggiungimento degli obiettivi tecnici e di costo. Prosegue poi con l'analisi di costo, la realizzazione dei prototipi, e l'efficace processo di industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti fino all'entrata in produzione degli stessi, fornendo supporto tecnico ai fornitori e i reparti produttivi dell'azienda.Quali saranno le tue responsabilità quotidiane?Interazione con il Design EngineeringPreparazione di cicli di fabbricazione e/o montaggio con tempificazione delle varie fasi produttiveInterazione con i fornitori e i reparti produttivi interniProgettazione attrezzatureJob RequirementsChe cosa apporterete al ruolo? Conoscenza dei processi/metodi di fabbricazione. Conoscenza di software CAD (NX preferibile). Gradita conoscenza dei processi speciali (trattamenti termici e galvanici, elettroerosione).
