The company focuses on developing and delivering therapeutic solutions in areas of high unmet medical need, combining scientific excellence, digital innovation, and a strong commitment to improving patients’ lives.For our office in Milan, we are looking for a EHS & Facility Stagel Tirocinante supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:Responsibilities:Supporto alla gestione della documentazione EHS (DVR, procedure e istruzioni operative) e alla verifica della conformità normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs.81/08)Partecipazione a sopralluoghi, audit interni e attività di monitoraggio sul campo, con supporto alla raccolta e analisi di segnalazioni, near miss e infortuni, e predisposizione di reportistica di baseSupporto alla gestione della sorveglianza sanitaria in collaborazione con il Medico Competente, inclusi il monitoraggio delle scadenze, la pianificazione delle visite mediche e il tracciamento dei giudizi di idoneitàSupporto all’organizzazione, gestione e tracciamento della formazione obbligatoria EHSSupporto alle attività di qualifica, valutazione e gestione dei fornitori in ambito HSE, inclusa la raccolta e verifica della documentazione di sicurezza delle ditte esterne e la verifica dei requisiti di idoneità tecnico-professionale (art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08)Supporto alla gestione ambientale, con particolare riferimento alla tracciabilità dei rifiuti e agli adempimenti correlatiSupporto operativo al mantenimento del sistema di gestione ISO 45001:2023, con aggiornamento dei KPI EHS e supporto alla gestione delle azioni correttive e preventiveSupporto alle attività organizzative e amministrative, incluse gare d’appalto, gestione contratti e supporto al monitoraggio del budgetSupporto al team di FacilityQualifications:Laurea in Ingegneria, Scienze ambientali, EHS o Diploma in discipline correlate.Required Skills:Buona conoscenza di Google Workspace e MS Office;È apprezzata la conoscenza di AutoCAD.Preferred Skills:Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in teamPropensione all’apprendimento e capacità di adattarsi a un ambiente dinamico.Attitudine al problem solving per individuare e risolvere rapidamente le criticità.
