Experis ricerca un Software Platform Engineer da inserire su importante cliente, player nazionale ed europeo della cyber security e cyber intelligence. Responsabilità principali Progettare, sviluppare e supportare gli strumenti e i componenti core della Decision Intelligence Platform, Collaborare con gli ingegneri di piattaforma per la delivery dei componenti full stack, garantendo prestazioni e affidabilità. Ottimizzare la scalabilità e la resilienza del servizio, bilanciando costi e performance in ambienti cloud-native altamente virtualizzati. Definire e implementare pipeline di indicizzazione e ricerca basate su modelli NLP e machine learning. Integrare e mantenere soluzioni di Information Retrieval e Graph Intelligence per migliorare la precisione e la pertinenza dei risultati di ricerca. Competenze tecniche principali Information Retrieval e Ricerca Avanzata : esperienza nella costruzione di modelli di indicizzazione e ranking per esperienze di ricerca evolute, approfondita conoscenza di Apache Solr, Elasticsearch e Opensearch, integrazione di modelli linguistici e tecniche NLP (tokenizzazione, lemmatizzazione, NER, embeddings), uso di LangChain e FAISS per la ricerca semantica vettoriale e la similarità dei contenuti. Data Platform e Analisi: competenza avanzata su ClickHouse (analisi OLAP, query SQL ottimizzate, gestione di indici, partizioni e repliche), esperienza nell’integrazione con sistemi distribuiti come Kafka e Spark, conoscenza di Nebula Graph per la gestione e l’analisi di dati relazionali complessi e per l’arricchimento semantico delle pipeline di ricerca, esperienza con database NoSQL e strutture dati orientate ai grafi e ai vettori. Architettura e DevOps: esperienza in ambienti container-based con Docker e orchestrazione con Kubernetes. conoscenza di Terraform, Ansible o strumenti Infrastructure as Code per la gestione automatizzata delle infrastrutture, competenza nella CI/CD pipeline, integrazione continua e deployment automatizzato, logging e monitoraggio distribuito con strumenti come Prometheus, Grafana e ELK stack. Requisiti e qualifiche Laurea o certificazione professionale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica o disciplina STEM equivalente. Esperienza consolidata nel campo dell’Information Retrieval e nella progettazione di motori di ricerca enterprise. Conoscenza approfondita dell’ecosistema ClickHouse e delle sue ottimizzazioni prestazionali. Esperienza nell’integrazione di tecnologie NLP, graph database e motori di ricerca distribuiti. Capacità di scrivere query SQL avanzate e ottimizzate per dataset di grandi dimensioni. Conoscenza dei principi di progettazione software e architetture scalabili.
