This position reports to: Sales Manager Your Role And Responsibilities Technical sales support: Develop technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, assisting the sales team in defining technical specifications. Promote ABB solutions: Propose Building Automation systems and E-Mobility solutions. Offer preparation: Create technical offers and manage discount policies. Training: Deliver technical training to colleagues and customers on specific solutions. Customer support: Solve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Networking and business development: Build relationships with System Integrators, installers, wholesalers, and design studios, identifying new market opportunities. Qualifications For The Role Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of experience in Building Automation or HVAC sector. Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), KNX, HVAC. Ability to read electrical and system diagrams. Active listening and customer orientation. Proactivity and autonomy.
