For our Outlet Store in Serravalle, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader. Reporting to the Store Management, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, building client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals and ensuring the delivery of an excellent client experience, aiming at the achievement of assigned store objectives on a monthly basis.
