That’s our promise to such a candidate.A few examples of your responsibilitiesOrganize and take charge of company-wide events and team-building activities (from the brainstorming phase to research, logistics, and on-site inspections).Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families.Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on-site and remote Spooners.Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and during their onboarding.What we look forReasoning ability.
