We are now looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join the Arduino Cloud and Software team to help us ensure we are able to consistently deploy high-quality applications. You will be responsible for all software to meet both internal and external specifications, as well as satisfy user needs before product delivery. What you'll work on Lead the QA strategy and processes for the Arduino Cloud and Software team. Guide a small team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Define and monitor key quality metrics to ensure the highest standards for all software products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. Oversee comprehensive test plans and drive the adoption of test automation. Serve as the primary point of contact for all software quality related issues collaborating closely with product, support, and other external teams. Establish and maintain a robust bug tracking process to ensure all issues are well-documented and prioritized, smoothing the way for technical investigation. What you bring BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field. 8+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience leading a QA team and developing a comprehensive QA strategy. Deep expertise in QA methodologies and a variety of testing types. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Bonus Points Experience with backend API testing. Experience with performance and load testing. Knowledge of software security guidelines or experience in security testing. Familiarity with Arduino and Embedded Programming. Experience in the IoT field.
