Job Description

We are seeking a Service Project Manager for our Service Business Unit in Lodi. The successful candidate will lead project execution, ensuring compliance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements, as well as cost, profitability, and scheduling targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop project plans including scope, financials, schedule, and risk management in collaboration with the Project Controls department.
  2. Ensure adherence to best practices and company policies, monitor project progress, resource utilization, financials, and risk management. Manage project closure and customer acceptance.
  3. Apply contract and claims management policies. Coordinate procurement activities and support negotiations and claims management.
  4. Act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing communication and escalation of issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Candidate Profile
  • Engineering degree
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • PMI/PMP certification is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of project management experience preferred
