Develop plans, monitor progress, and address risks proactively.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, executives, partners, and internal teams; act as primary contact and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycleTeam Leadership: Mentor and manage project teams, fostering collaboration, assigning roles strategically, and ensuring accountability and high performance.Contract, Risk & Financial Management: Understand and enforce contractual obligations, mitigate risks, manage budgets, forecast, and ensure projects are delivered within financial KPIs.Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet contractual and organizational standards, manage engineering interfaces, implement quality control measures, and perform project audits.QualificationsYour experiencesEngineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) with 7+ years’ experience in energy, renewables, or environmental technology.Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating diverse roles.Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Italy and abroad.Additional InformationFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
