Overview Per una realtà industriale leader nel proprio settore, stiamo ricercando un/una Application Specialist Junior da inserire all’interno del reparto ICT. La figura riporterà direttamente al Responsabile ICT e avrà il compito di supportare l’analisi delle esigenze aziendali, traducendole in soluzioni software efficienti, contribuendo all’ottimizzazione dei processi e garantendo l’integrazione tra i diversi sistemi applicativi. Sede di lavoro: Pisa. Contratto: Full time – Tempo indeterminato.Responsibilities Analizzare e comprendere le richieste aziendali, traducendole in soluzioni software.Supportare la mappatura dei processi aziendali e l’integrazione delle applicazioni.Redigere documentazione tecnica e funzionale (specifiche requisiti, process flow, use case).Gestire e configurare gli applicativi aziendali (ERP, MES, software custom), fornendo supporto operativo agli utenti.Contribuire alla gestione e ottimizzazione delle API e delle integrazioni tra sistemi.Fornire supporto di troubleshooting e problem solving su applicazioni e interfacce.Collaborare con i fornitori IT per configurazione, manutenzione e miglioramento degli applicativi.Interfacciarsi con Process Owners e Key Users per raccogliere necessità e proporre soluzioni.Qualifications Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini.Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ruoli simili (Application Specialist, IT Analyst, consulenza IT).Conoscenza di sistemi applicativi aziendali (ERP, BI, MES).Esperienza nell’analisi e nello sviluppo software.Buona conoscenza di database relazionali e linguaggio SQL.Ottime capacità analitiche e di rappresentazione dei processi.Conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).Predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottime capacità di relazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.Benefits Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato.RAL (range): 30.000 € - 40.000 €.Contesto aziendale solido e strutturato, con focus sull’innovazione tecnologica.Opportunità di crescita professionale e di sviluppo trasversale su diversi sistemi applicativi.Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
