Overview Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring an entry‑level Middle Office Banking Associate – Wealth Management in Padova. The successful candidate will join the Middle Office team as a client‑service assistant, playing a key role in delivering tailored client solutions. Responsibilities Support client consultants in delivering exceptional service and client experience. Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and account/order processing (e.g., account opening, trades, payments). Assist in onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities. Support documentation for client meetings, business travel, investment proposals and similar. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all client accounts comply with legal, regulatory and internal requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or university degree, preferably in economics, law, or political science. Previous experience, even brief, in a similar wealth‑management role is desirable but not essential. Good English proficiency. Excellent relational skills, flexibility, a proactive attitude, enthusiasm, attention to detail and a desire to take on new challenges. Benefits 12‑month fixed‑term staffing contract in Padova.
