Your missions: Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements Producing detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets) Agreeing to, and managing a budget Securing and booking a suitable venue or location Coordinating venue management, caterers, contractors and equipment hire Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings Preparing delegate packs and papers Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism Strong autonomy Excellent customer service ethic and high expectations for quality Experience in coordinating meetings & events Knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical sector or a related sector (required) Proficient MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web searches) As an Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action employer, CWT will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other federal, state or local protected class.
