Siamo specializzati nel design e nell’implementazione di soluzioni e progetti innovativi su clienti Enterprise con un focus specifico sul Cloud e il mondo dell’AI generativa.Posizione Per SoftJam, all'interno della practice Microsoft Systems & Services , stiamo cercando risorse per erogare assistenza informatica presso un cliente in sede a Roma.In Particolare, Ti Occuperai Di gestione e soluzione richieste e problematiche assegnate; ti occuperai della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sui sistemi; interfaccia con il cliente per l'attività di supporto. Requisiti Cerchiamo te se hai:2 anni di esperienza in ambito sistemistico con tecnologia Microsoft; competenza su sistemi operativi client Microsoft e sulla componentistica hardware dei clienti. Tra le tecnologie note, è richiesta la conoscenza di Windows 10 e Office 365; ottime capacità comunicative, capacità relazionali, capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione, gestione del tempo e delle priorità Altre Informazioni La sede di lavoro sarà ROMA .
