Job Responsibilities Implement regulatory strategies aligned with the goals of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare program. Communicate effectively, manage objectives, and provide insightful reporting. Stay ahead of evolving healthcare industry regulations across regions, interpret changes, and translate them into policies and initiatives. Manage interactions with governmental bodies, including compliance with local and federal requirements, facilitating inspections and audits. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to grow the healthcare footprint and develop new service offerings. Drive continuous improvement in service quality to exceed customer expectations. Report to the global QA/RA director and coordinate with QA Managers to ensure team performance and alignment. What You’ll Get A competitive salary starting from €4,932 gross based on experience. What You’ll Need Experience as a Senior Quality Manager in GDP and GMP environments, in manufacturing or logistics. Team management experience, including remote team leadership. QP/RP designations are preferred but not required. Willingness to travel occasionally across countries.
