In this role, you will be responsible for: Manage all contract performance-related activities, typically tied to a customer site Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team managing the transfer of information and requests Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to any issues arising. Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial and technical metrics specific to the contract. Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision. Provide support to the manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts. Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters. Communicates across the direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross‑functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Handles latitude in project techniques. Project processes require choosing the right approaches. Employees should have the technical know‑how. Handles diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through processes. There is room for negotiation and client‑specific conditions. Regular shift in‑country (Aksai – Kazakhstan) according to the client’s contractual requirements. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Be able to work within a highly matrixed business environment Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Established project management skills.
