The ideal candidate is results‑oriented, up‑to‑date on fashion trends, and passionate about our brand and products.ResponsibilitiesClientMaster the client journeyCreate customer emotion and desireEngage existing and prospect clients as per the weekly plan defined by store managementDeliver the Valentino Couture service in an impeccable way at every phase (preparation for sale, welcome, exploring the client, presentation of the product, closing and farewell)Focus on development and retention of existing clients, recruitment of new and potential onesEngage the client through every selling opportunity – walk‑in, private appointment, phone consignmentsActively participate in sales in partnership and OTO appointment routineOperations and visualDeal with all sales and after‑sales activities (boutique returns, end‑of‑season, customer returns, repairs, complaints)Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floorKnow the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re‑stock shelves and maximize salesRespect administration and operations proceduresLiaise with the in‑store visual to follow display guidelines; verify and report all relevant information to store managementQualificationsExcellent interpersonal and effective communication skillsFluency in English, Italian and ChineseTeam player with a pro‑active attitudeHigh fashion knowledgeAbility to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessaryMust have client network in luxury environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
