Move with us for a better world About the Role We are looking for a brilliant and passionate Supplier Accounting Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). For this opportunity we are offering a fixed-term contract. Responsibilities Record payable invoices in strict adherence to IAS accounting standards, as well as tax regulations (VAT and direct taxes) and management accounting principles (e.g., analytical accounting). Ensure compliance with the procurement process, including the issuance of purchase requests, approval of purchase requests, purchase order entry, and receipt of goods into inventory. Release invoices for payment upon receiving authorization from the Purchasing Manager, within established expenditure limits. Accurately record and maintain asset master data, including all necessary information for calculating and managing fixed assets (e.g., dimensions, registration numbers, locations, asset categories). Efficiently manage the payables schedule to ensure the timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices. Handle the processing of invoices and credit notes to be received, as well as invoices related to advance payments. Reconcile accounts payable with balance sheet accounts. Record accruals, deferrals, and outstanding invoices/credit notes in a timely manner. Recognize and account for foreign exchange differences on outstanding supplier balances in foreign currencies. About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
