Associate Premier Property Manager – Fixed TermHours: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week (Hybrid working after settling in period)Location: Little VeniceSalary: £38,000‑£40,000 + Commission12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join our established Premier Management Team at an associate level. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years’ experience in property management and will be dealing with a high‑value property portfolio. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly, you must enjoy a fast‑paced, challenging environment and working with people.Main DutiesDevelop and maintain excellent landlord and tenant relationshipsWork with landlords and tenants to resolve queries, questions and concernsMaintain effective communications with all stakeholders fostering a sense of confidenceOrganise ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with both landlords and tenantsLiaise with contractors to order and schedule maintenance or remedial worksProcess rental income and provide statement of accountsConduct routine property inspections, document, communicate and address observationsHandle deposit dilapidations at the end of the tenancyEnsure compliance with EICR, gas and other certificationsExperience and SkillsSenior or associate‑level property manager with at least 5 years experience in the industrySignificant experience managing high‑value propertiesOutstanding communication and customer service skillsMeticulous record‑keeping and attention to detailStrong knowledge of industry standards, legislation and complianceExperience handling refurbishment projects is a distinct advantagePerson SpecificationThe ideal candidate will be an experienced and professional property manager focused on delivering the best possible service to our landlords and tenants. They should be comfortable mentoring and coaching team members and should be approachable, personable and patient.
