DS Smith Paper Italia s.r.l., produttore leader mondiale di carta per cartone ondulato e carte speciali, è alla ricerca di un Reliability Engineer da inserire all’interno Reparto di Manutenzione. Responsabilità principali: Raccoglie ed analizza i dati relativi alle prestazioni delle macchine, identificando le cause di eventuali guasti o inefficienze, analizzandoli in termini di frequenza, modalità e gravità. Attraverso l’analisi delle statistiche di manutenzione, identifica e tiene monitorati i “Bad Actors” È responsabile dell’analisi delle cause di guasto (Root Cause Analysis): conduce e modera le riunioni per lo sviluppo delle RCA definisce e formalizza piani di azione correttive/preventive in funzione del risultato di queste aggiorna, integra e/o modifica il piano di manutenzione preventiva in base a quanto emerso dalle analisi. È responsabile dell’aggiornamento, correttezza e completezza dell’analisi di criticità dell’impianto nella sua interezza (sia macchinari produttivi che impianti ausiliari). In base a questa, supporta il Maintenance Manager nella definizione delle corrette strategie manutentive (a guasto, preventiva, predittiva) Analizza i KPIs per identificare opportunità di miglioramento in termini di ottimizzazione dei costi di manutenzione Si assicura che ogni asset abbia le corrette parti di ricambio, valutandone la criticità, definendo la logica di approvvigionamento, lo stock minimo e lotto di riordino dei codici Mantiene aggiornata la gerarchia di SAP in termini di Functional Location e delle BOM. Partecipa a progetti di miglioramento continuo su UDTT, Spares, 5S Fornisce formazione tecnica al personale di manutenzione su aggiornamenti relativi all'albero tecnico, o relativi al debottlenecking di problematiche che causano UDTT, condivide formalmente le best practice Requisiti: Preferibile Diploma di laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica; Preferibile pregressa esperienza in ruoli di reliability e manutenzione in contesti industriali Conoscenza approfondita di tecniche di affidabilità e manutenzione (RCM, RCA, FMECA, ecc.) Familiarità con i sistemi CMMS e gli strumenti di analisi dei dati Buona conoscenza dei disegni tecnici, delle tecniche di misurazione e di prova Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Soft Skills: adattabilità, problem solving e team working Ai sensi della normativa vigente l’offerta di lavoro si intende estesa ad entrambi i sessi (L.903/77).
