OverviewJoin to apply for the Supply Planner role at Bolton . Bolton Food is a fast-moving consumer goods company with a global footprint. This role is based in Milan, Italy, and reports to the Supply Planning Manager of Bolton Food. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive supply plans at weekly and monthly levels, ensuring optimal use of resource capacity, maximizing market availability, and re-balancing capacity allocation based on demand evolution. Collaborate with production plants to monitor production execution and drive decisions in case of disruption in the plan. Lead S&OE routines for own production lines and/or markets, coordinating with involved stakeholders to ensure effective planning; support the S&OP cycle with KPIs, analyses and insights. Analyze stock levels and quality to minimize slow movers and obsolescence risks while optimizing inventory levels and policy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (demand planning, marketing, production, logistics, procurement) on innovation and continuous improvement projects to ensure timely delivery. Utilize advanced Excel skills to build and maintain complex supply planning models, generate accurate reports, and develop new dashboards/tools to support the team where possible. Monitor supply chain performance KPIs to identify potential disruptions in advance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. QualificationsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply planning or a related role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights. Proven leadership and communication skills to establish trusted relationships with stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including querying, macros and BI tools. Good knowledge of SAP environment (S4, IBP, AFO). Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
