Contributes to the evolution of the Long Acting Power House by ensuring adoption of evolving performance metrics and activities that drive the transition to the new therapeutic paradigm.Business Analytics & Decision Support Performs end-to-end analyses (performance, competitiveness, activities) to generate insights for planning and strategic decisions, contributing to KPI definition and monitoring. Leverages digital tools to design evolving dashboards that guide strategic decisions across business functions and anticipate information needs. Coordinates with the BaaS structure for implementation, delivery, and updating of corporate reporting.Analisi Avanzate del VeeVa CRM Works with VeeVa CRM (current VeeVa Vault) ensuring data quality, governance of standards, and consistency of metrics. Supports HQ and Field Force in effective platform use, ensuring quality reporting and integrated activity reads. Identifies opportunities from the platform such as automation, tagging, interactive KPIs, and data quality improvement.Segmentation & Targeting Defines, updates, and manages the segmentation and targeting model aligned with the Strategic Account Management evolution. Develops criteria and methodologies to define potential, frequency, digital attitude, and center priorities. Collaborates with Field Force, Pathway Solution Manager, and Medical to ensure focus on high-value segments and accounts. Supports territorial planning by integrating epidemiological, market, and CRM data.Incentive Plan Supports defining Sales Incentive KPIs reflecting business priorities and develops dashboards for teams to monitor performance quickly and proactively.QualificationsBasic Qualifications & Skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: degree in Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or Pharmacy. Experience with complex databases and CRM platforms. Familiarity with segmentation & targeting methodologies and data governance. Advanced Office skills (especially Excel). Advanced English. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical context and omnichannel business models.
