The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.**About the role** The Trading Company Attendant ensures store areas, product displays, and guest service spaces are fully stocked, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.**What you will do****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Restocks shelves, product displays, and storage areas throughout the Trading Company. Ensures all merchandise is organized, tidy, correctly labeled, and visually appealing. Reports any low-stock or product issues to management as needed.* Monitors store floor and guest-facing spaces. Keeps all surfaces neat, removes trash, and ensures aisles remain clear and safe. Maintains cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.* Assists guests with any questions or product needs. Provides guidance on where items are located, offers support with merchandise selection, and ensures every customer interaction is friendly, helpful, and professional.* Completes tasks and assignments as directed by the Manager, including special projects, restocking priorities, rearranging displays, or supporting operational needs.* Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.**NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Assists other departments during peak hours or staffing shortages, including helping with inventory counts, product deliveries, or store organization.* Supports management with periodic stock checks of retail products, supplies, and materials needed to maintain the Trading Company’s daily operations.**What you bring*** High school diploma or equivalent experience* Retail or guest service experience preferred but not required* Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English**What we offer:**We believe in providing strong benefits and support for our employees.
