You can read more about the Beefreestory, our values and operating principles, and our unique culture atbeefree.io / careers.LocationRemote (Italy) – Type: Full-time, Remote Salary Range: €36,000 – €42,000 for ItalyThe role and your impactAs a Solutions Engineer, reporting to the Manager of the Beefree SDK SuccessTeam, you will use your technical expertise to empower our expanding customerbase with our cutting‑edge embeddable editor, Beefree SDK. Join us in supportinginnovative SaaS companies, from agile startups to industry giants as they tacklechallenges like how to incorporate AI into their strategy. This job will be basedin Italy.Your adventures includePartnering with fellow members of the team to engage with customers in atechnical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle,including pre‑sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews.Showcasing understanding of our product's ability to support customerworkflows and integrated applications.Working with customers to solve technical issues, documenting technicalconsiderations and contributing to internal knowledge resources.Acting as a trusted advisor, building relationships with technicalstakeholders.Serving as the customer advocate to other internal teams, includingadministration, marketing, product, and development.Curating product feedback to enhance Beefree SDK based on customerinteractions.You're perfect for this role if you have2-3 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineer,the technical consultant, or technical.#J-18808-Ljbffr
