With over 120 passionate professionals spread across the world, we’re united by a commitment to safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction—all while fostering personal growth and collaboration.If you’re ready to travel the world, solve complex engineering challenges, and support a global install base of over 30,000 vessels, this is your moment.What you will be doingExecute field service activities according to work plansPerform overhauls and repairs on-site or in workshopsProfessionally engage with customers throughout service deliveryProvide internal and external updates on job progressCreate detailed Service Work ReportsEnsure all work complies with Wärtsilä QEHS guidelines and site proceduresReport on work order status to customers and internal teamsContinuously seek smarter, safer, and more efficient solutions.To be successful in this role, we expect you to have :A safety-first mindset and a collaborative spiritA degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering—or equivalent maritime experienceHands-on technical experience in marine engineering and problem-solvingProven expertise in installation, operation, maintenance, and repairStrong communication skills—both written and verbalExperience with propulsion shaft alignment and Stern Tube Bearings is a plusProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluency in English; additional languages are a bonusWillingness to travel extensivelyIn this role, some travel might be required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 80%.
