Coordinate and exercise technical authority over operaons to ensure highmachine efficiency, producvity and quality products with low waste.Focuses on short and medium-term process improvements, analyses energy and raw materialefficiencies.Scopes and propose potenal improvement methods and technology upgrade projects.Leads root cause analysis for equipment failures and deviaons versus target performances, formalizingreports and data trends associated with acons. ResponsabilitàSupports plant Safety & Quality vision, policies and iniaves. Learns, understands & asses plant manufacturing technologies and process control systems. Technical owner & lead improvements for assigned producon line and\or technologies. Lead & keep accountability to set process methods, promong consistent operaons throughthe creaon and opmizaon of Standard Operave Procedure’s oriented to maximizeulizaon of resources in all aspects of the operaon. Secure availability and usage of the line recipe for each products by line. Support acvely mul-skill operaon strategy Develop training course documentaon to support training iniave to standardize and raiseskills of operators. Support and train manufacturing operators to ensure safe opmized use of equipment andmaterials to meet customers’ needs and Company profitability standard. Provide technical experse and experience to other site funcon to support plant performance. Secure periodical data gathering and reporng. Analyse producon performances. Analyse root causes of the producon variances. Idenfy and analyse for equipment failures root cause analysis. Advanced troubleshoong of the process and\or product defect. Define and implement correcve acons and promote improvement program. Idenfy and implement manufacturing improvements iniaves adopng Lean Six Sigma &DMAIC methodologies. Propose and lead new equipment installaon and startup. Implement local and corporate based quality iniaves including Process Change and FMEA.
