Per grande azienda del settore metalmeccanico stiamo selezionando un/una: La risorsa, inserita nel team, si occuperà gestire il ciclo di vita dei prodotti per applicazioni commerciali e industriali. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Pianificazione roadmap di prodotto, definizione timeline, coordinamento delle fasi necessarie per lanciare i nuovi prodotti sul mercato. Analisi di mercato e definizione delle esigenze dei clienti. Monitoraggio dei sistemi della concorrenza con l'obiettivo di trovare opportunità di differenziazione. Definizione di requisiti funzionali, tecnologie applicabili, prezzi, posizionamento strategico e obiettivi finanziari. Diffusione della proposta di valore sia online che offline. Formazione del canale di vendita quando è disponibile un nuovo prodotto. Si richiede: Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo e preferibilmente nel settore condizionamento, refrigerazione o trattamento aria. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Capacità di ascolto e di analisi. Orientamento al problem solving.
