Siamo una startup early-stage che costruisce un prodotto AI-first in un dominio complesso e reale. Il ruolo Cerchiamo un Senior Full-Stack Engineer che ami costruire prodotto con forte autonomia e senso di responsabilità, generando impatto reale. Entrerai in un team lean e lavorerai a stretto contatto con i founder. Costruirai prodotto scrivendo codice , prendendo decisioni tecniche e contribuendo alla strategia, influenzando nel tempo pratiche e strumenti di sviluppo. ️ Cosa farai Sviluppare funzionalità full-stack in Python e Next.js / React Progettare e mantenere API e servizi cloud su AWS Costruire e integrare feature AI / LLM core di prodotto Usare attivamente l’AI per migliorare la tua produttività quotidiana Curare qualità, affidabilità, performance e costi Collaborare alle decisioni tecniche e di prodotto Must have Seniority reale nello sviluppo di software in produzione (tipicamente 5+ anni) Ottima conoscenza di Python e sviluppo backend Esperienza solida con React / Next.js Esperienza con cloud (AWS) e sistemi in produzione Esperienza pratica con osservabilità : logging, metriche, alerting e debugging in produzione Uso avanzato dell’AI a livello personale (coding, debugging, reasoning) Esperienza nell’implementazione di feature AI/LLM in produzione Forte autonomia, senso di responsabilità e mentalità da builder Capacità di prendere decisioni tecniche e ragionare per trade-off Capacità di lavorare in contesti poco strutturati, dove le priorità evolvono e serve iniziativa Italiano fluente, inglese operativo ➕ Nice to have Esperienza in startup early-stage Background su AI/LLM, RAG, evaluation Terraform, serverless, osservabilità avanzata Interesse per domini complessi (edilizia, energia) Come lavoriamo Risultati > ore Poche riunioni, tanto ownership Feedback diretto e pragmatico Nessun micro-management Cosa offriamo Compensation: 50k–70k € Impatto reale su prodotto e azienda Ambiente di apprendimento continuo Full remote (timezone UE), con possibilità di lavorare anche da ufficio a Berlino o Milano Budget per hardware e strumenti
