Specifically, when you join theSupply Chain & Operations team inMilan , you will be involved within multifunctional teams working at customer sites to implement digital transformation projects for Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, Performance Management processes. Specifically, you will be tasked with: Design, implementation and testing of Digital Platforms to support Supply Chain processes Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance; Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives; Come AsYouAre - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: A master’s degree in Engineering(preferably mechanical or electronic) or Computer Science , earned with excellent grades; Familiarity with Manufacturing and Supply Chain fields Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package. An excellent knowledge of English , ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
