We're looking for a passionate and driven Team Lead to join our team, someone who is ready to champion team success and foster a culture of excellence.The RoleAs a Team Lead, you will be pivotal in driving the delivery and growth of your team. You will be responsible for not only your own accountability but also for cultivating a culture of accountability within your team. While technical proficiency is essential, your primary focus will be on leadership, team alignment, and professional development. This role is a blend of technical understanding and strong people management skills, with an emphasis on empowering your team to achieve their best.Take full ownership of the team's delivery and establish a culture of accountability.Ensure clear understanding of project goals, scope, and domain across the team, providing necessary tools and information.Align with the Tech Director and other Team Leads to communicate and implement a shared strategy.Proactively address and resolve conflicts between team members or stakeholders.Conduct regular check-ins and 1:1 meetings, delivering constructive feedback and assisting with career growth.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and provide fair performance reviews.Anticipate and remove blockers, collaborate with Product Owners and Designers, and ensure adherence to best practices.Foster a culture of team empowerment, autonomy, and prioritize delivery and quality.What we offerPossibility to work remotely within Spain (you can work from any city of Spain)2.200€ per year in social benefits2.000€ per year in trainingsDaily Snacks: We try to promote healthy living habits.
