Join to apply for the Senior DevOps Engineer role at INGO 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Location: Hybrid Torino - remote Department: Technology / Infrastructure Contract: Tempo Indeterminat Il ruolo Per il potenziamento del nostro team tecnico, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior DevOps Engineer con un forte background sistemistico Linux, che contribuisca alla progettazione, gestione e ottimizzazione di infrastrutture complesse, scalabili e ad alta affidabilità. Il/la candidato/a lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team di sviluppo e operations, supportando l’automazione dei processi, la standardizzazione delle piattaforme e il miglioramento continuo di performance, sicurezza e affidabilità dei sistemi. Responsabilità principali Contribuire alla progettazione architetturale e alle scelte tecnologiche delle piattaforme infrastrutturali Progettare, gestire e manutenere infrastrutture Linux enterprise Implementare e gestire pipeline CI/CD Automatizzare processi di provisioning, configurazione e deployment Gestire ambienti containerizzati e virtualizzati Effettuare monitoraggio proattivo di sistemi e servizi, gestendo alert e incident Collaborare con i team applicativi per garantire rilasci continui e stabili Contribuire alla definizione di standard, procedure operative e best practice DevOps MUST HAVE: competenze tecniche richieste Sistemi Operativi & Amministrazione Solida esperienza su sistemi Linux, in particolare Debian e Red Hat Ottima conoscenza di scripting in ambiente Linux (Bash; Python gradito) Esperienza nella progettazione e implementazione di architetture a microservizi Ottima conoscenza dei concetti di networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, VPN, load balancing) Solide competenze in ambito sicurezza (firewalling, vulnerability assessment, network security) Spiccate capacità di troubleshooting e problem solving avanzato Containerizzazione & CI/CD Ottima conoscenza di Docker Esperienza nella creazione e gestione di pipeline CI/CD per ambienti multi-stage (dev, test, prod) Monitoring & Observability Utilizzo e gestione di sistemi di monitoraggio distribuito (es. Zabbix) Conoscenza di Prometheus e Grafana (metriche, alerting, dashboard) Esperienza con sistemi di log aggregation in ambienti distribuiti (es. Loki) Cloud & Database Esperienza nella gestione operativa di piattaforme Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) Conoscenza di MySQL e MongoDB Virtualizzazione Esperienza con piattaforme di virtualizzazione come VMware, KVM e Proxmox NICE TO HAVE: Competenze preferenziali VoIP: esperienza con Asterisk e familiarità con Kamailio Orchestrazione: esperienza con Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Ansible, Chef, Terraform High Availability: Corosync/Pacemaker, HAProxy, Keepalived Ai sensi del D.lgs. 198/2006 e del D.lgs. 215/2003, l'offerta è rivolta a persone di qualsiasi orientamento o identità di genere, età, etnia, religione, disabilità o background culturale.
