In our Technology Service Line, within out SAP area, we’re looking for a new colleague to join as SAP CO Business Consultant . Location: Milan or Turin Whom are we looking for? You have a Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering field, gained with excellent results from a top University/Business School. You are fluent both inItalian and English (other European languages will be considered as a plus). You have a previous experience of at least 2-4 years within a Management Consulting company, focused onSAP COcomponents: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders and WBS Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions Experience withcustomizingandfunctional specifications Base knowledge ofSAP FIand integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP) Strong collaboration and communication skills for alignment with cross-functional teams What will you do? You will be engaged in conducting discovery activities, understanding client’s business needs, carrying on process reengineering activities to IT system implementation (SAP S4/HANA, SAP CO Controlling modules). You will have the opportunity to undertake international projects and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders all over the world. You will participate to workshop with the customer people, where you will understand the current process, and through brainstorming deep dive analysis sessions you will figure out the processes that could be improve on that business. You will design and define the TO-BE processes, adopting SAP solutions, basing on the customer needs. You will make functional and technical analysis with the help of the IT Team in order to support the implementation of the end-to-end processes. You will follow the development, the testing and the release of the new functionalities to the customer. You will train the customer’s employees on the new functionalities and will assist them during the first usage of the new processes.
