Account Manager - Firenze Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager in Firenze to oversee our restaurant business brand relationships. The role focuses on the Italian market, working with marketing, operations and product to provide consultancy to our top restaurant partners. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting relationships with the network. Monitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance. Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty, impacting absolute metrics and relatives such as market share. Control portfolio P&L, identifying opportunities and risks. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales. Knowledge of P&L and negotiation skills. Experience creating long‑term relationships. Demonstrated experience using tools and project‑management applications to guide best practice. Experience in Horeca, restaurants, or food market is a plus. Fluency in English is a plus.
