Production Shift Leader

PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER (MARCIANISE PLANT) Directly reporting to the Production Area Manager, ensures shift/line production plan execution, providing products of defined quality, at optimal cost, by organizing team members and available assets. He ensures health and safety requirements according to law and in line with HSE policies. Responsabilitá Organizes work allocation on the line to ensure optimal production plan exec Organizes work in the shift to ensure regular preventive maintenance of the lines/ systems/ machines Ensures food safety requirements for finishing goods produc Ensures health and safety requirements according to law (Legislative Decree no. 81/10) and in line with HSE policies, guidelines and internal procedures, being people in charge in the relevant production area (prepost o) Ensures and organizes problem solving sessions and related activities with team members and key stakeholde rs Ensures production plan execution in his/ her shift (performance to schedul e) Ensures shift's/ team's KBIs delivery (SLE, Yields, GMP etc .)
