Technical Project Manager / PM Architect – Milano (Hybrid)Per un nostro importante cliente con sede a Milano, realtà strutturata e leader nel proprio settore, siamo alla ricerca di un PM Architect . La risorsa giocherà un ruolo chiave nel tradurre le esigenze di business in solide soluzioni architetturali, coordinando l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti tecnologici.Responsabilità principaliLa figura ricercata agirà come punto di raccordo tra la visione strategica e l'esecuzione tecnica, occupandosi di:Definizione delle soluzioni architetturali garantendo la coerenza con i requisiti di business e gli standard tecnologici aziendali.Gestione e coordinamento end-to-end di progetti complessi, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, budget e standard di qualità.Supervisione di tutte le fasi del progetto: dalla progettazione iniziale e analisi dei requisiti fino al rilascio e al monitoraggio post-implementazione.Gestione proattiva dei rischi di progetto e identificazione di strategie di mitigazione.Interfaccia costante con stakeholder interni ed esterni, agendo come mediatore tecnico e organizzativo.Requisiti richiestiEsperienza pregressa di almeno 2/3 anni nel ruolo di PM Architect, Technical Project Manager o Solution Architect.Comprovata capacità nella gestione di progetti multidisciplinari e ad alta complessità tecnica.Solide doti organizzative e capacità di visione d’insieme sui processi aziendali.Lingua italiana: Ottima conoscenza (livello madrelingua o fluente).Lingua inglese: Buona conoscenza professionale, necessaria per l'interazione in contesti internazionali o documentazione tecnica.Inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminatoModalità di lavoro ibrida, bilanciando presenza in sede a Milano e remote working.RAL e inquadramento: La proposta sarà commisurata all'effettiva seniority e alle competenze tecniche maturate.Sede di lavoro: MilanoGli interessati possono candidarsi inviando il proprio curriculum vitae aggiornato.
