Joining us means continuing our mission to improve the world around us. Overview As an Agilent Field Service Engineer, you will directly support customers by on‑site work. Your main role is to install, run, repair, and optimize Agilent equipment, systems, and instruments. Responsibilities Respond to customer needs by performing repair, installation, upgrade, and preventive maintenance activities. Contact customers in a timely manner and schedule service efficiently. Collaborate with the manager and sales team to understand and meet customer expectations. Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately. Communicate proactively before, during, and after service. Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures. Qualifications University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or a similar field completed within the last two years. Practical experience with GC | GCMS, gained either through technical support or as an end user (1–2 years). Full proficiency in Italian and a good level of English (reading & understanding). A valid driving license. Proactive, outgoing, and customer‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Permanent contract. Company car. Outstanding company culture.
