ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

L'Assistente Amministrativo supporta le attività amministrative, contabili, di tesoreria e di gestione del credito, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi e il rispetto delle normative. In particolare, la figura si occupa del credit management gestendo la verifica degli insoluti. Si occupa della gestione delle pratiche relative ai dipendenti e agli agenti esterni collaborando con il reparto HR per la gestione documentale e amministrativa del personale. Gestisce l'acquisto di minuteria e materiali di consumo e fornisce anche supporto all'area vendite per l'organizzazione interna delle visite dei clienti.

Responsabilità:
  1. Tesoreria e Operazioni Bancarie: gestione dei movimenti bancari e delle carte di credito, supporto ai pagamenti (F24, bonifici, RIBA) e comunicazione degli incassi.
  2. Gestione del Credito e Recupero Crediti: monitoraggio pagamenti, gestione degli insoluti, definizione di limiti di credito e preparazione di report mensili.
  3. Amministrazione Generale: gestione della posta aziendale, amministrazione agenti esterni, spese di trasferta, acquisti, vendite dirette, rapporti con enti e banche, aggiornamento database.
  4. Risorse Umane: elaborazione dati per le buste paga, monitoraggio presenze, organizzazione visite mediche e formazione, selezione e gestione del personale.
  5. Supporto Interno e Visite Clienti: organizzazione logistica per eventi e visite clienti, supporto al reparto Sales per la preparazione di materiali.
Requisiti:
  1. Esperienza in amministrazione, contabilità e gestione del credito.
  2. Capacità di utilizzo di software gestionali.
  3. Conoscenza delle normative doganali e delle specifiche del settore alimentare.
  4. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel avanzato, PowerPoint intermedio).
  5. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).
  6. Diploma tecnico economico o Laurea in Economia/Gestione Aziendale.
  7. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli amministrativi, contabili o di gestione del credito.

Orario: Full time - centrale
