Key Responsibilities Support the Sales Manager for all post-sales and project execution topics Coordinate tenders, collect required documentation, and handle internal approvals Create offers and manage supporting documents for project fulfilment Serve as the main backoffice contact for sales execution and customer delivery Coordinate across departments (Technical Support, Product, Logistics, Finance) Track project timelines and ensure operational readiness for delivery and commissioning Collaborate with partners and service providers on local execution Support customer-facing communication when needed on operational matters Proactively escalate issues and ensure follow-up until resolution What We’re Looking For Hard Skills Technical background (engineering, energy systems, electronics, etc.) Experience with EV charging, electrical installations, or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of project documentation, commercial workflows, and partner coordination Fluent in English; Mandarin and Italian isa plus.
