Join our international team as a key support for clinical research this role you will streamline communication maintain systems and manage documents & information to support the success of our clinical research projects.This position is reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories under Italian Law 68 / 99.Your responsibilities will includeMaintenance of databases tracking systems and management of large volumes of documentsActing as the primary communication point for investigative sites and internal departmentsCoordination of site-specific query resolution, project training and system access for site teamsAssistance with meeting arrangements including preparation of draft agendas and minutesHandling of incoming correspondence and calls efficientlyQualificationsCollege / University Degree in Life SciencesPrior administrative experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment is a plusFull working proficiency in Italian and EnglishProficiency in standard MS Office applicationsExcellent organisational planning and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environmentWe offerExcellent working conditionsExtensive training and friendly teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for personal and professional growthMake the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
