MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Scope of work: Action Items We seek an HR professional to manage benefits administration, employee relations, communications, and performance management with emphasis on fairness, equity, and compliance. The ideal candidate will develop business cases and conduct feasibility studies to inform organizational initiatives including strategic planning, talent management, and succession planning;-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for external hires and internal job postings to meet business needs;-Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and create action plans to improve overall workforce satisfaction;-Collaborate with senior leadership to establish policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s mission and vision;-Provide technical advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR matters such as employment law, compensation, benefits, and performance management; Skill Set A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience working in HR roles; Excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation (including labor laws and regulations); Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent through innovative sourcing strategies; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines; Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus; Business acumen and financial analysis skills to develop budget reports and forecasts; Fluency in English language;
