You'll work with very advanced techniques including fine‑tuning, In‑Context Learning (ICL), and various prompt optimization approaches.In this role, you'll own and drive large‑scale customer‑facing features from conception to delivery and beyond. Join us in building the future of Amazon devices and servicesKey Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and deploy high‑quality software components and features using best design approaches and practices.Work independently and collaboratively to deliver secure, testable, maintainable, and efficient software with minimal defects.Provide constructive code reviews for team members while ensuring your own code reviews are thorough and timely.Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance your team's software quality and maintainability.Build positive working relationships with peers, effectively navigate differing viewpoints, and help onboard new team members to your team's systems and processes.The minimum base pay salary for this position is PLN 19,166 monthly. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign‑on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements. You'll balance independent work with team collaboration, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve our systems to enhance the customer experience. You'll have opportunities to grow your expertise in fine‑tuning, In‑Context Learning, and prompt optimization in a supportive environment that values diverse perspectives and innovative thinking.Basic QualificationsExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object‑oriented design.Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.Experience working on Machine Learning applications.Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
