This role focuses on delivering significant energy and CAPEX reductions through technical leadership and cutting‑edge design within the Research & Innovation department.About The RoleAs a Process Intensification Engineer you will work on heat integration technologies, process equipment design, and optimization strategies to support energy efficiency and sustainability objectives. You will be accountable for:Identifying, evaluating, and implementing heat integration technologies for hydrogen peroxide productionDesigning and optimizing critical process equipment to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impactCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to accelerate technology deploymentEnsuring compliance with process safety standardsDriving projects aligned with sustainability objectivesPermanent contract and hybrid working mode.About YouPh.D. or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in process intensification or heat integration.Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and equipment designProven project management skills with ability to deliver technical projects successfullyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBehaviorsPassion for innovation and sustainabilityAbility to work collaboratively across teams and with external partnersCommitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvementAbout The PayAttractive and equitable pay with a base salary range of €51,200 – €74,800 per year in Italy, depending on skills and experience.
