We are now hiring a Junior Content & Social Media Manager, but not just anyone . We’re looking for the kind of person who thrives under pressure, learns fast, and wants to punch above their weight from day one. Someone who loves creating content, communicates clearly in both English and Italian, and wants to see real impact from their work, not just “post and forget”. This role is for someone who wants to grow fast. Someone who wants to work directly with a founder, understand how strategy is built, learn how brands scale, and eventually step into a more strategic position themselves. If you’re the type of person who sees problems before others do , thinks two steps ahead , and gets things done without being asked twice — this is where you belong. You’ll produce content at scale, manage cross-platform execution, and help shape the creative engine behind international clients. What you’ll take ownership of You will be responsible for the full creative and execution layer behind Ascend and its clients: Produce high-quality content: reels, carousels, posts, visuals Write clean, effective copy in both English and Italian Design strategies that generate real impact Translate strategic direction into clear editorial plans Manage multi-platform publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X Maintain consistency, precision and speed across all deliverables Bring creative ideas that elevate storytelling and positioning Work closely with the Founder to execute direction with clarity and pace This is a role for someone who loves execution, and does it exceptionally well. Who you are We’re not looking for a perfect CV. We’re looking for capability + hunger + speed . You are: Naturally creative, curious and fast Able to produce content independently at scale Has some experience (internship is also acceptable) Fluent in Italian and English (strong writing is essential) Comfortable working with international clients Precise and reliable under pressure Someone who solves problems before they become problems Hungry to learn how strategy, branding and GTM work Ambitious enough to grow into a more strategic role over time The type of person who gets things done without hand-holding Someone with at least a minimum level of experience in content creation or social media, even an internship is enough, as long as you can show real ability If you want a predictable, low-responsibility job — this is not it . If you want accelerated growth — this is exactly it . Contract Details This is a freelance position (P.IVA) with a long-term, stable collaboration. Workload: part-time to near full-time depending on performance.
