Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for Digital Content Intern, an organized, creative and highly-motivated individual to join the Digital Content Team at KIKO Milano, within the wider Brand department, assisting in the production and management of digital content for global channels.The successful candidate will communicate with various cross-functional teams, understanding the needs of each channel, preparing content creators brief and producing retro-plannings, to ensure that all content is tailored to each platform, and output, and is delivered on time. The role requires strong communication skills, a creative mind-set and an eye for detail.In particular, you will:Support the Digital Content Manager to develop the long-term & innovative content strategy to support key launches and initiatives.Support end-to-end photo and video shoots preparation and execution in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.Implement content creators brief and coordinate influencers scouting and content production.What you will need to succeedMinimum 3 years studies in the fields of Communications or similarSocial Media knowledge A previous experience in influencer marketing or content production is preferred.Be organized and meticulous in content sharingFluent in English (at least a B2 level)Office pack knowledgeWe would love if you hadA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceStrong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, creativeStrong organisational skills with an ability to re- prioritise as required to meet deadlinesExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitudeKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
