KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. Specifically, when you join the Financial Services Team in Rome, you will work closely with the Banking & Insurance sector on topics such as business process reengineering to increase economic-financial and physical-operational performance and digital transformation. This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the Financial Sector industry, participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of business processes efficiency and digitization.
