Join to apply for the Junior HR Business Partner role at Vodafone .The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration both with sub-domains key stakeholders and critical internal stakeholders groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions & business) in the matrix organization. It’s going to act as HRBP for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.Chi seiBusiness understandingHR experience; generalist and /or specialistStrong relationship building, influencing, communication & coaching skillsAnalytical, intellectual capacity and desire to learn very quicklyExperience of working in a global, cross country, matrix organizationMust have technical / professional qualificationsDegreeFluent both in Italian and English+2 years of experience within the HR function.
