This position also offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, giving you valuable insight into the broader business and exposure to international accounting standards and practices.Your job ResponsibilitiesProcessing and booking of sales invoices and credit notesVerification of VAT on sales invoicesMonitoring of customer balances and management of payment reminders (from first reminder to formal notice, including follow-up with lawyers)Intercompany re-invoicing and daily intercompany bookings with the assistance of the account leadSupport in monthly closing activities, including hard close and year-end closing, alongside the account leadSupport in the re-invoicing of quarterly commissions together with the account leadHandling of the accounting mailboxRegular contact with the sales teamRequirements 1-2 years of previous experience in Italian accountingFluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)Understanding of Italian tax regulationsAt least a bachelor’s degreeHighly organized, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectivelyNice to have Good command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas)Team spirit and willingness to learn in an international environmentPrevious exposure to month-end and year-end closing activitiesWhat’s great about this job?
